During my internship at Radisson Blu Kaushambi, I actively contributed to blending business insights with hospitality. My key responsibility was setting up a dedicated display within the hotel to showcase and promote local artifacts crafted by artisans. This initiative helped highlight regional culture and supported community artisans while enhancing guest experiences. I collaborated with the hotel staff and local artisans to design a visually appealing and culturally enriching setup, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.

Along with organizing and curating displays, I analyzed guest preferences, studied competitors, and suggested effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and customer interest. I also gained exposure to core hotel operations, including food and beverage, sales, and front office services.

My strong communication and leadership skills allowed me to present recommendations for future initiatives to senior management, which were highly appreciated. This internship enriched my professional learning and strengthened my passion for hospitality.
